Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. General shipping rates for U.S. customers are shown below. These are for non Freight LTL shipments.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the continental United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@toolguyrepublic.com, and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at sales@toolguyrepublic.com.
